This website is provided by Buendia Brick & Stone LLC to describe our masonry services and to support project inquiries, estimates, commercial bids, customer communications and related business functions.

You may use the website for lawful purposes connected with obtaining information about our services or conducting legitimate business with us.

Website information is not a project quote

General descriptions, estimator results, material information, examples, photographs and other website content are informational unless a written project document specifically states otherwise.

A website submission, automated estimator result or preliminary discussion does not by itself create a binding construction contract or guarantee project price, availability, schedule, material quantity or completion date.

Estimates, bids and contracts

Project-specific pricing, scope, exclusions, deposits, payment schedules, warranty terms, expiration dates and other construction terms may be contained in a written estimate, bid, proposal, contract or other project document.

If a signed or accepted project document conflicts with these general website terms, the applicable project document controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.

Project changes

Changes in scope, materials, quantities, access, site conditions, schedule or other project requirements may require a revised estimate or change order and may affect price or timing.

Online change-order functionality may be used to document proposed changes, approvals and related project information.

Electronic records and signatures

By submitting project material, you authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to review, estimate, plan, document or perform the associated work and to maintain the related business record.

Site conditions and project assumptions

Masonry work can be affected by conditions that are not fully visible from photographs, plans, measurements or online submissions. Existing construction, concealed damage, soil or drainage conditions, access limitations, code requirements, material availability and other conditions may affect final recommendations, scope, price or schedule.

Website availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features as necessary for maintenance, security or business operations. We do not guarantee that every online feature will be available without interruption.
