Passwords are not stored as readable plain-text passwords by the application.

Electronic signatures

When an electronic-signature feature is used, records may include the signer name, signer email, signature text or method, date and time, IP address and browser or device information associated with the signing event.

Payments

The website can support invoices, payment records and optional online checkout. When an external payment processor is enabled, checkout may be completed through that provider's systems.

Our application may retain transaction references, provider identifiers, payment status, amounts and related invoice information. Payment-card handling by an enabled external checkout provider is subject to that provider's own privacy and security practices.

Email and text communications

If communication features are enabled, we may use the email address or telephone number you provide to respond to requests, send project-related messages, reminders, review requests or other communications connected with your relationship with Buendia Brick & Stone LLC.

The application supports configurable email and SMS providers. Information necessary to deliver a message may be transmitted to the provider being used at that time.
